Labels stop people mistaking bottles of piss for bottles of Lemonade... most of the time.

Harry.

Re: Professionals, Amateurs, and Professional Amateurs

BTW, here's a little tit-bit that is more practical that your average Zen talk:

Thus have I heard...

Do you live by the sea? Do you ever notice drinks bottles containing liquid washed up on the shore at the beach?... DON'T BLOODY TOUCH 'EM, GRASSHOPPERS!!!

They are, most likely, bottles of piss: when trawler fishermen are working on deck at sea they will often not bother to go to the boat's latrine; they'll do a wee wee overboard and, because the sea wind would blow it back at 'em, they'll grab any empty bottle to hand and do it in there eliminating their wind created 'spray' problem.

But, why would they put a lid on before casting it adrift?... So that they can throw it without it spilling on them? So that future scientists can genetically reconstruct them from the DNA sample-rich pee?

Truly, the lonely world of the mariner is f-ing ineffable, and this broad universe is just one human body, one bright pearl.

Regards,

Harry.
