The recent storm brought out a lonely komusnow - man.
If you listen carefully, you may hear him playing with the wind through out the night.

Thats a new way to make snow men in xmas.
I'm thinking how to do a shamisen player.

I'm just happy I don't have the snow to even consider doing that with.

Thanks Guys, I saw him again today. It's warming up. I think his Ro Buki is getting flat!

Perry,
I am surprised that Komusnow isn't holding a real shakuhachi, given that you probably have several lying around.
Nice job though. With the record 4 snowstorms we have had down here in Atlanta this winter, there really hasn't been enough actually on the ground to make a snowman, let alone a snow-chipmonk.

Hey Damon,
Like some of the original Komusnow, he made his own flute!
Actually, I was out with the kids and they helped put him up. I had a wooden shakuhachi with me and I thought about using it but is was so not the right thing to do at the moment. Had I a piece of bamboo...
Peace, Perry

Thanks guys! Komusnow has long been absorbed into the earth since that was last winter in Northampton MA. BTW, it snowed here in NYC on the first day of Spring last week!
