Considering the recent "stupid" thread that got chopped, I thought I'd post a link to some sources for research on Buddhism.  As I mentioned, these sources are all free for download.  I'd invite anyone that had other interesting online and accessible sources to post them as well.  Some of these are what I would call "Original" sources and some are commentary.

Here is a link to Dharma Drum Mountain's site with some teachings from Venerable Master Sheng Yen (Chinese Chan, I believe in the Caodong tradition, similar to Soto).  He is a modern master who is NOT an ex-hippie.
