I was wondering if anyone had ever seen this hanko before and might know who the maker was?

I just received an email from a friend who looked into it and this is what he came up with "My best guess of the hanko is
"Seido" (晴童). The first character is hard to read but could be "Sei"
that means "fine (weather, mind, etc.)." The second character is "Do"
that means "child" (the same letter of "Wadatsumi" 海童). "
