Moroi Makoto's "Five Metamorphic Strata for Shakuhachi, Sangen..."

I'm interested in hearing the following 1969 piece by Moroi Makoto (諸井誠):

"Five Metamorphic Strata for Shakuhachi, Sangen, Koto and Jushichigen"
(Japanese title: 管絃箏・五段変容之調, Kangenso Godan Hen'yo no Shirabe)

It's listed in two places on komuso.com, under its Japanese and English titles. The latter is apparently on this album, but the album itself seems to be out of print.

I picked the score up secondhand not long ago; it's both intriguing and baffling -- the overall structure is inspired by danmono but the notes themselves are from a twelve-tone system; the fourth "stratum" consists of 16 fragments for solo shakuhachi, to be played in any order (except that odd-numbered fragments must be followed by even-numbered ones and vice versa), with the koto coming in to accompany the last three; etc...

The "Yonin no kai" were actually the group Moroi wrote the piece for, it seems... it may never have been recorded or even performed by anyone else. But since there's a sample on komuso.com, I figure it can't be totally lost to the digital age. If anyone can help me out, I'd be extremely grateful!
