Mujitsu and Tairaku's Shakuhachi BBQ

Dear All.

The third Pan-European Shakuhachi Summer School is going to be held in Leiden, Netherlands 23-26 July 2009.
It is hosted by the Dutch Shakuhachi Society Kaito and ESS (European Shakuhachi Society).
The Shakuhachi Summer School will be a part of a two year event, celebrating the long history of the relationship between Leiden and Japan.

Vlastislav Matousek (Myoan Taizan-ha)
Steve Cohn (Jazz - improvisation)
Tilo Burdach (Nishimura Koku - Kyotaku)
Kees Kort (organiser and host of the summer school - multi-instrumentalist)

The other Pan-European Shakuhachi Summer Schools have so far been held in London, UK 2006 and Munster, France 2007. We hope to keep on hosting these events at different locations in Europe.
