Greetings all. I have been a member for some time but did not introduce myself. I love both the shakuhachi and bamboo. Not to mention the forum. Please excuse my late introduction.

Hi arin,
Thank you.I've been playing about a year plus some. Practicing,well not as long. Had some really great lessons in making shakuhachi and playing from Perry Yung. Taking Skype lessons with Chikuzen which are also great.Have a lot of homework to do.Michael and Perry are both very patient teachers.
