Correct ? 5cmx100cm PVC/3.6 Hocchiku 94.9 cm long-1/28 AR 33mm Bore

I bought above PVC Pipe 5cms x 100 cms and looked in to web to design above Hocchiku.

I decided to follow scientific graphics and will produce 94.9 cms , 3.6 Hocchiku with aspect ratio is 1/28 and bore diameter is 33mm.

I think it will be tuned to F.

Is prelimanary design correct ?
