on tv in Japan on Sunday
For those of you in Japan or have satellite tv...
i will be on the popular show, Araru Daijiten this Sunday evening. The show airs at 9 pm on Fuji tv.
They are doing an episode on amazake and looked for chefs in the US who make homeade amazake and unique things with it. My lemon amazake tart with a walnut-date-vanilla bean crust and myself will be appearing 
this is the same tart i am serving at the upcoming Riley Lee dinner/concert in Oakland in a couple of weeks
