Mejiro's "Basic Shakuhachi Case (for 2)"

I broke down and finally purchased the shakuhachi case I had been eying on the Mejiro website for a while, the "basic" shakuhachi case that fits two flutes, up to 1.9.  It is a winner!  The case is very sturdy, and light.  The liner is blue felt, very plush.  Two flutes fit in the main compartment, and are tied down very neatly (pictures is a 1.8 and a 1.6).  The case also has a compartment for accessories which fits a small music stand in it easily.  One reason why I purchased the case was that it had a spot (underneath the lid) where a student could place his Chikuzen Studios score book.  Guess what, the lid is not wide enough for 8.5 x 11 paper!  That is the only draw back that I have found.  The case comes with a key that locks one of the latches as well.

"Basic shakuhachi case (For 2).  Product#:A5102.  Price: 15500 YEN.  Holds up to 2 flutes. (Max. 1.9 shakuhachi)"
