Help finding my first teacher?

Hello Everybody
I'd love some help to find out who my first teacher was. I started studying in about 1978. I was living in Washington DC. My teacher lived quite a commute away, in Maryland. I believe he was married to a Japanese woman, but I'm not sure. Anyone knows who it could be?.
Thank you all. It's a pleasure to share this space with you.

Re: Help finding my first teacher?

No, but I just did a gig with Tom Jones and it was a blast (he does a couple of Prince covers).
