Mujitsu and Tairaku's Shakuhachi BBQ

I am new here and have posted a few times(in the 30's already). I feel I should also introduce myself. I live in connecticut and have a great interest in eastern philosophies and the shakuhachi seems another great extension of following the zen path I am trying to follow.I tried making my own first flute(see "my first shakuhachi" in flutemaking) and I had problems so I am purhcasing a nice flute from perry. I plan on using my flute mostly for meditation but may eventually want to learn more.The shakuhachi just seems to fit in perfectly with my lifestyle of eating organic foods,getting in touch with nature, and following a more zen path. I hope it helps me find more tranquility and harmony in life.
