Mujitsu and Tairaku's Shakuhachi BBQ

I've started an easy to read list of all the Kinko honkyoku and where they come from.  As most of you know, Kurasawa Kinko walked around Japan collecting honkyoku to make up what is known today as the Kinko-ryu (although some were added later).  So, where do they originally come from?  I got the following information from easily accessible sources, such as Komuso.com or John Singer's page.  If you have any other information or corrections or whatever please add to it.  If you can read Japanese please add place names I don't have the kanji for. Thanks.
Of course I'll continue to do more research on this too and add whatever I find. (~~ji (sometime ken)= ~~ temple; Ichigetsuji = Ichigetsu temple)

Akebono Sugagaki 曙菅垣 (黒沢琴古の作曲) written by Kinko himself
Akita Sugagaki 秋田菅垣 (from Biao to Kinko, or from Kokuzan Daiji)
