Great pic Brian!
Office Space is a classic And low and behold Watazumi and the other legends star in it too. I don't recall the horse though

Ridiculing Jinashi may seem humorous to some of you. But it's not humorous. Not at all.

Not even just a little bit?

No.
The best people have only played jinashi. And never even tried jiari. Or even thought of playing one.
Next best are those who have played both and realized jinashi is superior.
Those who have tried both but have no preference are neutral.
Those who play both but lean towards jiari are somewhat decadent.
Those who only play jiari are evil.
These are established facts, no debate is necessary.

One would think a JI-Nazi would say just the opposite!

There is some confusion here between JInazis and Jinascists.
I've heard that the "fasces" in the Mussolini flag are actually JINASHI shakuhachi!

Indeed this is a clever disguise created by Jinashi Believers during the Great Jinashi Persecution wrought by the Evil Heretic Jiari-ists.
The Secret Sacred Jinashi (disguised as "fasces" in the above illustration) are also quite long instruments, at least 2.8 shaku in size.
This is evidenced in the scale of the lifesize statue of Michael Chikuzen Gould, (with shorter beard and wrongly attributed as being as statue of "Cinncinatus") in Cincinnati, Ohio. He is holding a bundle of 2.8 with his favorite 3.2 in the center:
Our beloved Pope Tairaku is in process of beatification for The Venerable Chikuzen. Canonization is imminent.

Goodness! Where did all the fun and good happiness stuff go? I have so much to learn!

Very good, I like to take this stance in a more modified form though. Being 'light hearted' in almost everything I do tends to keep insanity at bay. It's also one of the very important approaches to Qigong - don't give yourself a headache and f... up all your Qi by being so serious and deep. Just....enjoy and have fun, it's not going to be any better or more meaningful by being overly serious.

Indeed this technique is a bit drastic but as someone told me before my way of preaching is like sandpaper rubbed on hemorrhoids. Painful but effective
