Mujitsu and Tairaku's Shakuhachi BBQ

I'm pleased to announce the return of Yoko Hiraoka, vocalist, shamisen and biwa player extraordinaire, to Northern California for a one-night-only performance on Sunday, December 12th. I'll be joining her (on shakuhachi) for an evening of traditional (and not-so-traditional) solo and duo music including some jiuta, honkyoku, a Genji tale for biwa, and perhaps a surprise or two.
It's a rare treat to have Yoko-san in our neck of the woods so, if you can, please join us!
