Kyo Shin An Shakuhachi Dojo Student Sankyoku Recital
I am very excited to announce that the Kyo Shin An Shakuhachi dojo will give a student recital this Sunday at 3PM at the Tenri Cultural Institute in New York City. Participating students are; Tori Yurako Brand, Nora Suggs, Eric Ford, Thomas Hack, Kara Allen, Rachel Mundy, Andre Yershov, and Robert Winn. Mutsumi Takamizu will play sangen and koto and Masumi Takamizu will play koto. The program presents classical chamber music from Japan's Edo and Meiji periods: Rokudan, Yugao, Aki no Kotonoha, and Tsumi Kusa. Please join us if you can and show your support for the students!

Is it going to be video taped for later release? I so wish in many ways I lived close to NYC. But I love it in Washington State too much!!
