Mujitsu and Tairaku's Shakuhachi BBQ

Hello -  I am pretty sure this is my first post here.  I had used this great forum a ton, then was sad to see it retire for a while.  Only today while searching did I realize that it had come back to life while I was not looking -- an unexpected treat, that.  I have mostly been making my own PVC shakuhachi, preferring somewhere around C4 or so, although I also have a Monty Levinson bamboo model from the '80s.  Something makes me still want to cut and file PVC looking for that elusive connection, though, and so I am very happy to find this forum again.  Thanks!
