50mm Heat Cured Bamboo, 3.4 + 3.6, How to bore, make mouthpiece ?

I ordered 50mm diameter , 2 meters long, two, furniture, decoration grade heat  cured bamboo from internet.

I will build two 3.4 and 3.6 jinashi. I think AFAIK bore diameter will be 30mm.

I want to bore it and I want to make suitable mouthpiece . How to do it ?

I decided to cancel my bamboo order , I will go for pvc + latex precision cast bore route , I found japanese videos for boring and I cant afford the tools.
