Mujitsu and Tairaku's Shakuhachi BBQ

Could anyone provide insight into this maker’s skill? There’s scant information, at least in English. I’ve come into possession of a three hanko 1.8 that plays beautifully. My understanding is that it was made no later than the 1930’s. Thanks in advance for ant information.
