Flower Dance - Japanese Folk Melodies
Was Kikusui Kofu's Flower Dance - Japanese Folk Melodies (Nonesuch) ever made into CD or even cassette? I'm looking for it without much luck.

I listened to it recently and I think he's only on a few tracks. Much of the album doesn't even have shakuhachi.
