Mujitsu and Tairaku's Shakuhachi BBQ

'The Alder Bough' is a very unique cd with a collection of Celtic pieces for the Shakuhachi.  A high quality score book with easy to understand notation is included with the cd.  The music is a refreshing addition to traditional shakuhachi scores that are really delightful to play.  When listening to the cd or playing the scores, you periodically recognize a traditional feel of Shakuhachi music, with a unique twist of celtic flavor.  It's a very unique combination of music from two dramatically different cultures.  I HIGHLY recommend the set for any level Shakuhachi player.  Larry, you did a very respectable job of creating the cd and score book.  I hope to see more from you in the future.  Thanks again!

I received my copy of the Alder Bough some days ago and i enjoy it. Very well made book in good quality and nice graphic.

It will try to learn some off the airs. The book will give me a lot too learn from in the next year.
